Terms & Conditions – Medellín Property Management By completing your booking, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Reservation & Payment A confirmed reservation is only secured once full payment has been received. All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. The name on the reservation must match the ID provided at check-in. 2. Check-In & Check-Out Check-in: 3:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and fees. 3. Guest Conduct & House Rules No parties or events allowed. No smoking inside the property. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will apply for violations. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets allowed unless prior approval is granted in writing. 4. Liability Waiver Guests stay at this property at their own risk. Medellín Property Management is not liable for: Injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your stay. Incidents involving amenities such as the hot tub, balcony, stairs, or kitchen. 5. Damages & Fees The guest is responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required after check-out. Costs will be charged to the credit card on file or through the booking platform. 6. Legal Compliance All guests agree to comply with Colombian laws, HOA/building regulations, and local noise ordinances. Any breach may result in termination of stay without refund. 7. Cancellation Policy (Adjust based on your setup. Example below:) Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. No refunds within 7 days of check-in. 8. Termination Failure to follow these terms may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and possible removal from the property.
